Buy based on what Frank??? No info. No way to assess value. Like I said, I and many other oil patch savvy people sold when they announced "tight hole" at Kawa spud when the sp was over $2. Heck I can go to Petro Ninja which I downloaded the app for and find all current info on rigs, wells in the Western Canadian sedimentary basin - logs, core, fluid, production rates, lithology ...more

Kelvin if your talking about logan, it was spinoff - no need to research on PN.  Spun off with shareholders getting one share for each share they owned in the spinout, Besides, the listing came out at 80c but the private palcement in july was at .35 with a warrant for 5 years at .35 and in order to vest they need to keep the shares around a buck. Im sure it will be fine but not for minority ...more

a2bman, Why am I still here? Because Enzo Ferrari said "I don't sell cars; I sell engines. The cars I throw in for free since something has to hold the engines in." So I don't care how the car looks right now while it's being built - free cash flow yield, earnings per share etc. I'm waiting to see how good the engine is, just like everybody else.

Kelvin you need to work on your analogies.  OYL would be enzo, you would just be a buyer that sold and is left starring at a picture of a ferrari on the wall.

Lol a2bman. True dat! Yup I was just trying to refer to lots of companies actually like bte which looked terrible 3 years ago at 50 cents and are now 10x because they had a lot of potential to put out the horsepower. I get the feeling that oyl has got the horsepower. What are they waiting for? They need a new driver and pit crew.
