Wcp you say Stock options mean very little to these guys ..they are all making fantastic  salaries..Well I have to disagree....All of the new hires within the last 4 or five years including the drilling team ...were not louerd over to cgx with the promise of good salaries ..but I can tell you that it was the stock options and promise of
Big money through these options that made the difference...Thats where the Real money is...

And how did the drilling team do Taal to help their chances of seeing the share price go up? Two wells massively over budget, incomplete datasets, etc.  Seems like all these new hires were given the opportunity of a lifetime and almost none of them have helped their cause.  I'd be more sympathetic if the JV team only discovered 10-20ft total net pay reservoirs.... but they didn& ...more
