I see they spud Sept 11th and expect to be completed Sept 30th. Can they drill this well in 19 days??? Also the Haimara 1 well had a lot of gas. Since it is close to Wei should we also be expecting a lot of gas? If so is this good or bad? FIERO GLTA

No, it will takes months to drill the well.

Remember that Haimara-1 was shallow and found gas. The JV was pleasantly surprised when Wei-1 found oil shallow.  I'm asking around trying to find out if Haimara-2 will test the Santonian.  Irregardless, XOM returning to this area to appraise is very bullish for neighboring discoveries.

SD, exactly. Pluma & Haimara were both maas/camp.  Cgx has stated Kawa maas/camp was gas condensate.  Kawa Sant was light oil. Wei Mass/camp was light oil and we wait on Stant lab results.  It will be interesting to see if Exxon offsets us down to the Santonian with Haimara 2 and Bluefin-1.
