The Interest Rates Regime
Since 2008-2009 the regime of zero interest rates gave rise to a golden era for stocks. The mentality of the CEO that "sitting" on so-called de-risked (after Lisa-1 discovery) jurisdiction, IS NO LONGER THE SAME, even though he gave away CGX for pennies.
No Sir, we're no longer in that goldilocks era, with rising interest rates and cost of borrowing.
What really is the value of our SP in this new regime of finances?
Is houlihan lokey some kind of a genius? They seem to have done many "small deals" but I can't find any "Petro-deals".
Maybe someone on the board can cast some light on this!

Thanks for that post and link wcp. Very interesting. Hopefully HL is used to working with incompetent management and still get a great deal. Wonder if they would answer this question "how badly does incompetent management hinder your deal making ability?!"
