Yes I remember Phantom, your interest in ports. Got me going on infrastructure in general. From what I understand a sizable area of Guyana's coastal area is almost at sea level and prone to high tide, storm surge flooding which is why they built a seawall in Georgetown. So they're going to need a lot of fill to bring the port areas, roads etc safely above sea level. Maybe that's whst ...more
