Yup, this sp is real cheap in many spec risk-reward calculations. But investors not biting for some reason that confuses the f out of me.

I can understand that IceDog13, yet for a speculative stock it's very cheap with respect to the potential upside. Say that they had zero wi in the golden lane and only had the port. That alone has gotta be worth at least 40 cents per share. How much would someone have to pay right now just for that land, with no roads, infrastructure or site work done?
