Contracts
Most Contracts are Assignable so I'm sure that the contract signed with the gov. would have had an Assignment clause...Since the Contract was signed long before Exxons first discovery ..there would have been No need for the Guyana gov.to insert a non-assignment clause...So I'm pretty sure those tax credits would transfer to a new owner if in fact Cgx was Sold outright...I do believe that would be the preferred outcome..As WCPmention why would any major want Cgx as a partner let alone Fronterra...

That's right.. every other one has been end of June and I cannot make it because it's my end of half year, and last year I was on vacation. Perhaps this year I'll make it down and join you.. I think there's ample room for us at the table !

It would be my pleasure to sit at the table with you. The only greater pleasure for me would be if a deal was made and I was able to sell all my shares. Then there would be no more meetings to attend after 24 years. GLTA FIERO
