Orinduik vs corentyne

Orinduik- 1550 sqkm
Corentyne 950 sqkm
Orinduik- 250m barrels of heavy oil similar to hammerhead that is the next to fid, that overlaps to orinduik and a potential tie in for jethro, and potential 4b barrels of light oil.
Corentyne- two wells that failed to achieve commerciality, deeper intervals proved as un economical, potential 600m of light oil.
Orinduik- actively discussing farm out with 9 interested parties including majors.
Corentyne- no interested parties.

In my view if orinduik gets 100 points of value, corentyne get 40-50 points.
Cgx has 27% of corentyne, eco has 100% of orinduik.
Eco also has more then 10m$ cash and no debt, cgx has 16m$ debt and no cash.
Eco has huge acreage in namibia and south africa..

Yet, market cap is the same..

Conclusion- cgx is extremly over valued, eco is under valued.

This is such a nonsense post.  https://oilnow.gy/featured/totalenergies-qatarenergy-follow-tullows-exit-from-guyana-block/ a) Two super major companies, Qatar Energy and Total, recently exited the block. I highly doubt both companies would do that if they thought such massive upside potential existed.  b) 200 million bbl of heavy oil versus 500-600 million bbl of light oil. Yeah ...more

Please go back to the table to do some homework... 600m of prospective resources vs 4b in orinduik. Hammerhead is heavy oil similar to jethro. 10m will not need to be used to drill because eco is carried by total in the orange basin. Hammerhead which extends to orinfuik and is the next developement project is a game changer and a hint to the potential farm inee. I write facts!!!! Not dreams...

Well I gotta admit WCP that you are impeccably consistent. You have never once questioned the quality and the potential of what they've found. Your problem was and is is the quality and potential of the people running things. So let me ask you this, if I may? Can Bubbles and the Shitrockers pull off a deal or is it gonna be liquor snd whores? No future in either. Sounds like you know as well ...more

Further to my last I'll add one more point. Close to $100 billion Canadian dollars in free cash flow (fcf) in the Canadian oil patch last calendar year. General Agreement on Accounting Principles ((GAAP) defines free cash flow as the amount of extra cash remsining after paying off all of your bills plus funding future opetations without having to borrow money to do do. Companies can spend ...more

Kelvin, it depends if the Shitrockers are featuring Alex Lifeson. Makes it a little more palatable.  I'd argue the "stroke" isn't coming from any of the Shitrockers, nor anyone from Calgary. It's got to be coming from NYC.

Yes! My Slavic brother, guitarist for Rush. Love them. My buddy played drums. Said that Neil Peart the best drummer ever. Not shitrockers. NYC? Man this is getting complicated trying to understand this stuff. One looks at what possibly could move this sp. Everybody says a deal would do it. There's hundreds of billions of dollars floating around the planet looking for a good investment and ...more

I agree, best drummer ever and a fantastic lyricist. Seems to get lost since he is such an amazing drummer. Was lucky enough to see Rush live a couple of times.

Pearts backyard backed onto mine when I was a kid.  They used to practice at a house nearby and we would watch through the basement window.
