Frank, if it is such a con game, what is your price target on OYL? What is an oil exploration company that has no money (owes money), no licenses and a partially finished port worth?

By the way it trades ...I still did not get my fill this morning ..lol ...but it sure looks like a poker game to bluff out weak hands ...my guess it will probably head back towards a buck ...Friday if the waterfall doesn,t happen ....only a guess at this time as I am accumulating as well .....good luck and get lost Harel
