Imagine you as a passenger on a return flight from a vacation or business trip and not being to reboard for 14 days. That is the policy Trudeau is mentioning when I looked into this further. Being stuck in Hawaii as an example and now need to rebook a flight at no extra cost but requiring accommodation, meals, etc for 2 weeks. Yeah, it is going to take a lot of things to be in place in order to get things back to somewhat normal.  I know ICeland is opening to tourists as of Monday and upon landing you have to take a COVID test and be isolated for 24 hours until the results come in.  If it is positive, you the are quarantined for 14 days.  I have a hike booked there for July, so I hope I pass.  :-)
