management decided to send positive PR (pumpers) to this blog yesterday. Accounts created yesterday are showing up. Would it mean they will want to dump the stock?

I've only noticed one major insider dumping stock this month. And those transactions all done in same day for a 33 percent gain though. But i am guessing he isnt a director or true insider anymore if he flipped so fast but never know. Need more insiders to buy on the open market to show faith. Put money where their mouths are finally.
