Question ?

Question ... because I do not understand well? I own 100,000 shares. With the name change, consolidation, delisting, do I lose all my shares? Should I notify my institution of the changes or everything will be done by itself?
thank you for responding!

It will be converted to 18,182 worth if today's SP holds Monday at 11 cents. Nothing you need to do. Conversion will show in your account Tuesday.  You could also sell your 100,000 shares Monday and buy back anytime after. Hi, You don't lose all your shares.  It is a 5.5 to 1 split.  So with 100,000 shares, you will have 18,181.818 shares of the new company.  You institution should take care of it but you will most likely need to update any of your watchlists yourself.
