They haven't sold anything since the contract for Weather Telematics with Oklahoma. Everybody knows that. That is why they hired Makel to rubber stump and partner for the ThermalPass.

Definitely. Petro hit the nail on the head. Just surprising that someone invested in a company would not read financials before buying in. The original commentor stated very little money left. It's been like that for a long time hence my news flash. It will come as no surprise when they need to partner yet again at least in the first couple of orders to produce. Or dilute more. Would be nice if the % 35 down payment on each unit carried them through it .

Yes. Maybe I didn't word it properly. An OEM will expect payment so less net. I think they will get to a place eventually where more production than orders. I think long term production when out of the weeds could move in house. Purchase factory and equipment. Good problem to have.
