YellowBrickRoad . I partially agree with you. Value is off and there must be undiscloded benefits to the 2 locked up voters ( Anthony and Tawes).
See my recent post. I believe 66.6%? is needed to pass. I disagree that accepting the $0.78 pricing. We can all discent for a market value pay. We need to see the value and reduce the cap rate by 25 bps. See all the Support Agreement (s)
