What's next for PE

Is this why PE is down so drasticly? Well, I belive PE is way in front in Li game with a solid partner and huge reservs. But 18% slide today is hard to take & I only wish there would be some update from the company as to the status of this venture with SLB. Insiders sold at $2.4 so I would like to see them buying now if they have any hope for this outfit.
