Really doubtful , Reeder and Hamilton own more than 20% of the stock. But if just enough Pi$$ed off shareholders would just  vote their proxy it is possible .
Just can't believe the guy pays himself  200,000 a year and still gets his bull$hit private placement filled. You think after all these years people would realize this guy will never accomplish anything and they are just providing him with a very comfortable lifestyle.
For Cristsake vote him out.

I don't know. I like the plan in place for this company.Mind you i have only been following this for six months now. Its market cap is lower then most junior miners but we have an operating mill. If they ever get priced like a junior miner instead of a toll mill it should give us a good boost.

Hey maybe you are lucky and started following this at the right time and if you invested at 4 cents or less . But Reeder has a long way to go to redeem himself and his self centred ways. Have been holding and buying Duran Peruvian for 10 years , Worst investments ever and private placements all losers. Need 1.25 to break even. If it goes up great. But be told Reeder doesn't give a dam about

Well we are at 52 week high on higher daily volume. I can't believe this is just about their processing plant. I always thought that one of their Peru properties might be a sleeper, perhaps that is what's going on.  Peru is heating up for mining exploration, just look at Tier One and Sombrero that were spun out from Auryn.  I wouldn't be surprised to see a major or some
