Insiders Exercising warrants

Insiders are exercising their warrants @ .10 most of last week. Tartisan Resources Corp posted their direct ownership information. Almost 11,000,000 shares on February 16. They are an mining exploration company currently in Peru. I have not seen them involved with Peruvian Metals in the past. I would think something might be up.
