The only anchor on SP i see is the new president of Peru.  No one gets all that they want in politics, but they usually get some of what they want.  So how much greater of a take will Peru be implementing on miners in the near future?  It wont be the 70% he campaigned on, but it could be a substantial number.  That makes raising the CAPEX more difficult & casts a shadow on

more insane assays ,when will the market wake up . I realize that Peru has a commy president but they have a pro mining congress who actually control the goverment . It isn't as bad as people think in Peru .
