Majorly Undervalued

PFC's two oil plays are at Cold Lake and Wabasca in the Clearwater region Alberta. Thie Clearwater region (see Baytex, Canadian Natural Resources and Tamarack Valley) is the most productive and economic oil region in all of North America - per Eric Nuttall today on BNN Market Call.
Last week Tamarack Energy (TVE) purchased 10 years of drilling inventory from Delta Stream for $1.1 Billion. Nuttall advised that TVE wells require no fracking and have a total payback in just over 1 month at US$100 oil. This is an amazing payback / return.
PFC's market cap today is less than C$19 Million. Yes they are waiting for financing - see Rhino Energy announcement March 8, 2022.
But what am I missing here - this has to be a very high value play.
Check it out and do your own due diligence for what appears to be an outstanding opportunity. Good luck to all.

Every set of circumstances the company has faced over many years has been used as an excuse for a grossly low market cap. When circumstances change such as now with oil so high - they use other circumstances to defend the even lower market cap ...more
