Canaccord's insane trading

Canaccord buys @ .035 then turns around and sells @ .03. This is typical of their trading in PGK. ?? Also, CIBC has sold several millions more than I ever saw them buy over the past 3 years and yet their sales never show up as insider trading. ?? I'm still concerned that PGK never came through with the Imwauna 43-101 they promised 2 years ago. I don't KNOW that there is anything untoward going on here but it would help if mgmnt would clarify exactly what they know about Imwauna and explain why they never came through with the 43-101. I was told by mgmnt 2 years ago that it was because "43-101's cost money". That was before they spent millions more drilling Imwauna. Why is it that Imwauna is worth millions assessing through drilling but not worth 100k assessing through a 43-101?
