Deliberate Bankruptcy?

So these guys set up their operations in the most backward, out of touch country in the world. How do we verify anything they report? I don't know that these guys are scammers but I sure would appreciate some clarification. Note that they have never given any indication of how much gold they have found in Imwauna. Why not? How can they spend so many millions and millions and millions and millions and millions on exploration and never account for what they found even as the company goes down the drain? How do we know there isn't $2 billion in Imwauna? Is it that they intend to pass Imwauna off onto some Australian shell they own and make a monster killing? If these guys are straight where's the info on Imwauna?
