RE:Midday update on KSV report = Sprott and SISP takeover
pulcan wrote: hi all,  Well gold is on another up leg to $1975 as we did a small correction from $1950 to $1920 and moving higher. With the Federal Reserve on deck next week with another rate hike. We will see a much smaller ease to .25  hike. As for GOLD this will prove once again the United States and many other countries are in trouble with Debt. Right now with the small correction we have seen so many times in the past 2 months. We are forming a beautiful step ladder higher each week. see the chart below..

Now, what is going on with PGM from the KSV report? Well,  Sprott is doing what it should do since they invested a lot of money. Takeover the direct sale and cut a deal with the potential bidders. On the latest KSV report Sprott has the right to negotiate to talk about the property or mine in relation to the scopying study or PFS that was late back in December. I honestly believe Sprott and a major will join forces and take new ownership of Pure Gold Mining. This will allow the company to get back into mining again and also restructure the shares. So this is a good thing for us who bought in the penny range and the new value of the assets will correct the share price. Today we have no volume and that tells me eveyone is waiting and its Friday. As for myself i bought more shares again....as i know GOLD is going higher and this SISP from the report is now allowing Sprott to do what they do best. I would rather have two new owners take over and have the best of the best. The value of this will show in the share price.  see below the SISP on how it relates to Sprott. however this is a penny stock and all i want is higher share price and take profits and nothing more.

see below from the report...this is bullish for the share price.

5. As no acceptable bids were submitted at the LOI Deadline, the parties have agreed that Sprott is entitled to have discussions directly with Potential Bidders regarding a transaction concerning the Company and/or its assets, whether in the context of the SISP or otherwise. In the context of any such discussions, Sprott remains bound by the confidentiality provisions of the SISP, including specifically paragraph 13 thereof. Depending on the level of interest expressed by the Potential Bidders, the Company and Sprott will consider whether to terminate or seek to amend the SISP, including extending the relevant deadlines thereunder. If the SISP is formally terminated or amended, the Monitor will provide notice of same to the Service List maintained by the Monitor.

So just to be clear. You were bullish on the share price for 7 weeks because a big buyout was guaranteed by excited bidders that knew the value with AU going up but now that the updated CCAA documents indicated that **no acceptable bids were submitted at the LOI Deadline**, now you are bullish because Sprott INC recognizes the value and has to contact potential bidders directly to try to solicit a sale directly ?
