Suprised at the apathy
I am surprised at the people who a few days after the company just increased their (run rate)
- Revenue and EBITDA by about 40% per share,
- Net income by about 100% per share,
by taking on a modest amount of debt at low interest,
decide to hand over their shares for something like 4x EBITDA.
This is a profitable healthtech company operating in Canada, in a non-cyclical business area, with substantial growth ahead. What are these people doing with their money that I am failing to see?

This must be the day traders that have no clue about the fundamentals. When a company gets stronger and the share price gets relatively cheaper there are not many other options other than to keep buying!

Yes, this is very strange. I am very tempted to add more but I'm already pretty heavy with this name for a such a small cap. All the same it seems unlikely I'd regret adding more. Hem. Haw. Good luck to all.

Agreed, I am already heavy on PHA but this just seems like to good of a deal to turn down, and I'm in it for the long haul. I'm thinking this might be some day traders as well.
