You'd think we'd be hearing about new contract or expansion. They have to doing something to get back to growth. 

not sure why this company has no news.

It is hard to tell with this company whether a lack of news indicates no new contracts. For instance, they announced their contract in BC, but agreements Code Bleu made (of a similar dollar amount) in Quebec was only mentioned in their MD&A. I guess we'll find out more in their next financial statements in August.
