The waiting game...

Do we get their quarter first or the close of the acquisition.

I am hoping they show growth in their quarter.. it would be great if they show a/r collected and debt paid.

Still, the BAMMM is closing Solution staffing. Anything can go wrong but on close (assuming not a highly dilutive or dumb financing), this stock should rock n roll. I am shocked that it is still sitting here at 0.40. (I bought some last friday - someone hit my bid. Almost feels like it was being manipulated to stay at 040.  makes me worry about a bad financing deal.. I still think it will be done by debt).

Quarter - shows growth, increase in A/R collection, and a positive net income + Close transaction, we are going to a $100M market cap. (assuming debt financing). Im an optimist.. and waiting is kiling me.

You are correct, someone is buying just enough to hold it at 40 cents. I got lucky on Friday and my bid was taken and I got a good chunk more. I've been stocking up each pay.  The deal closes in a few days providing no issues. If the company makes very little changes to SSI, I see no reason why this stock will not hit $1.00 in the next 8-12 months.  Hopefully PHA does not try to fix ...more

Definitely trying to hold at 40 cents.. question is why? Warrants on debt financing?

Its possible, but I would have thought at this point we would have definitely heard of financing. The 45 day deadline is this Friday, seems like it's really leaving it to the last minute. im still leaning that they were able to finance with their existing lenders without any equity or warrants

That wall at $0.40 is something, did my own small part to try and knock it down - but now back to a $0.38 bid. Really hoping we get confirmation of the deal in the day or so - with no financing

What is this 45 day deadline that you speak of?

The orginal July 4th purchase agreement announcement mentioned the transaciton was expected to close within 45 days. I suppose its not a hard and fast deadline, and it could be extended - but generally would expect to close within this stated timeframe (45 days would be this Friday).

Having been through some M&As it would be easier to produce this quarters financials with ah ing to add any supplemental regarding Solutions.. I suspect we will get financials then close

CauseWhyNot, you and me too - it's been over two years for me so far, and it's been a frustrating hold to wait. But with the addition of SSI (pending) and CHCA in the past year, and hopefully Quebec settling down, the company is at an inflection point, and no question I'll be content to continue to wait to see how it all develops. Barring no legislative surprises, I think we will see ...more

With the addition of SSI, Quebec is not a huge concern of mine. Their poor decisions now will only help SSI in the future when they come back crying for a solution. There is one province that is in direct competition, they have created their own temp agency. It gives an unfair advantage because anything the government touches becomes endless money. That said, this new agency is way out of their ...more
