Can PHA be a software company?

Hear me out on this, but with the AI developments PHA have been working on and the amount of data they are obtaining to refine their models and build more sophistication, could PHA market this as a software solution to provincial health systems? For instance, with the Quebec government all up in arms against private staffing agencies, why not offer them a licensed software solution that they could deploy within the public health system?

Anyway, just a likely nonsense and too simple thought about complex situations, but I feel the market doesn't seem to be valuing the potential value add of what PHA is developing on the software side. Any thoughts?

That's a good point you bring up. They are ramping up their intangible investments to further streamline the business. I think it's fair to say that these investments provide a superior competitive advantage to much smaller agencies. In all likelihood the Quebec government are using an antiquated system that is inefficient and costly to tax payers.
