Interest rate impact on financials

The BoC will almost certainly take interest rates to 3% and possibly lower over the next year.  A good percentage of Pha's long term debt is variable and impacted by the Policy rate of our Central Bank. At years end, the company had $31,336k in variable long term interest debt. A 200 bps drop in interest rate will increase EBT by $626.72k over a 12 month period. The company's market cap is less than 10 times that amount!
