btw...did you notice the ENTIRE level to consists of only 952k shares on the ask...  that's only 1.7% of the company...so obvious that lots of shareholders see the amazing potential of PHD!!

LOL, look a wee bit closer my friend... according to your own select cut and paste Anon was a Net SELLER of shares. Besides its only relevant when you see a pattern of multiple Anon trades over the course of a period of days.  And if you look at it you'll see Anon is dumping a shittload more shares than they are buying.  Wonder why.
