So, just how big is the stockpile??

Ok, so this is a legitimate question for discussion - not an attempt to pump or promote...

In February, the company press release said >25000 cubic feet , while also saying "conservative" estimate for the size of the first stockpile ... we've discussed that at some length already

The most recent MD&A from Sedar (May 26, 2021) - page 4 says 8200 sq m with a depth of 15-25 m (=123000-205000) - based on on the upper and lower limits (ie. 8200 x 15 - 8200 x 25)

To delineate the area covered by the stockpiles, the Company commissioned and completed an airborne lidar survey along with a high-resolution (0.5metre) surface image. The previously calculated area of the stockpile was 2,683 square metres .As a result of the newly conducted work, the area is now measured to be 8,200 square metres with a depth on the south east side of approximately 15metres and an approximate depth of 25m on the southwest side. To accurately project the volume of the stockpile material, ground-penetrating radar is being planned

so...my question is....the MD&A is more recent, so it would "seem logical" to conclude that it would be the most accurate reference.  What are the chances the press release was suppose to read 125,000 and it was a typo? and never caught, or never corrected?

So the MD&A is "official" right?  If it says 8200 sq. m, that is "truth" isn't it? regardless of a previous press release with a lower number?

so really...Q....the MD&A can be trusted can't it?

Gamble You are reading the MD&A incorrectly! First it is historic in nature ie it covers the history of the stockpile!  You will note that the section you are reading on page 4 starts August 2019! So to put it in perspective intially they said the stockpile was an estimated 2683 sq meters.  Then in a September news release everyone got excited when they came out with the idea that ...more

Gamble  This is from their September 2019 news release.  Note it is long time before they ever drilled the stockpile.  I have not taken time to actually calculate out the drilling but I suspect they took the airborne which extended the width and length of the stockpile from 2019 then multiplies it at the drill average actual depth to arrive at the 25000 which should be fairly ...more

Well....given you don't bother to "take the time" before would profess to speak the truth, and correct everyone else on the BB - perhaps you should take the time - and then post the correct information.  I for one, did add up the total depth drilled across all holes.. I for one, did estimate the actual square meter coverage based on a "scale drawing" provided by the ...more

first off, I do want to thank you for answering (and correcting my sq feet to sq metres) And I for one will choose to believe the MD&A over you.  You are suggesting the MD&A hasn't been updated in that section for over 2 years...which...well....You might want to consider how you phrase things, as that is a significant accusation you just made. So yes, the ariel survey ...more
