So you want me to believe that over the last 12 weeks, the individual behind the fidelity trades churned 1.4 million shares to themselves ??? Get a life... Or better yet, go through the transaction history (start with today), and see them accumulate from any sellers - anon or otherwise. PHD is being deliberately held down - and KT .... I woukd guess you know the people involved

Its called wash trading and when you see lots of fake Anon bids that magically disappear and at the end of every day Anon seems to come out a Net Seller then its fairly obvious. Hey how's that processing of the stockpile working out for you? or that drilling program ... Oops?

I find it amazing you look at the trading and immediately say 'wash trading' So you look at PHD and Immediately admit the trading is illegal - because wash trading is illegal Thanks for openly admitting it...

BMO marketpro gives me real time level 2 (which I've posted here more than once), and streaming Time and Sales as well...so i don't need your links to watch anything on any of the 100 stocks I monitor. And you did bring up illegality as soon as you labelled the trading as 'wash trading' - as it is illegal ... Leaving out 'a word' and claiming you didn't bring it up

Gamble this is Canada not the US.  We are still the wild west of trading.  Wash Trading is not totally illegal in Canada.  In fact, in some circumstances totally legal!  It is all about terminology.

Have to admit I am really confused by the comments about wash trading.  Koz you say you see alot of fake Anon bids that magically disappear which is confusing as to be a wash trade it has to be executed ie has to produce a wash result.  In theory you are not allwo to place or broker accept a but and sell order for accounts with common beneficial ownership however unless it it executed ie

Two separate things. The fake bids are large and put up at a price lower than its currently trading to make it look like there is interest and activity when there isn't  - when price drops they pull their bid or reset it to a yet lower price - keep in mind they don't actually want more shares. The Wash Trading is the same shares being traded back and forth with Anon on either

What is fascinating is the peice is stuck at 7 cents. Usually when a company is as dead as PHD is the price drops. That is not happening, so maybe the market thinks the value of the assets and possibility that something will pappen keeps the price at 7 cents.

There is definitely a deliberate and coordinated effort to contain the price ... But it is not "The Market" ... one only needs to look at the comments from the coordinated bashers here professing to 'protect' investors ... Drilling and Results should be very very interesting

I dont even know what the hell he is doing right now on the property  Is he still working on the stock pile, or where is he drilling and when can we expect results.? Have they been de-watering the mine ? In my opinion and others that i talk to there could be potential there, but nothing imminent.
