Extension - very good sign.
Extension is a very good sign !
Normally it means the offering is oversubscribed.

Every company that applies for an extension that I'm aware of does so by releasing a PR saying that it was oversubscribed, thus they need an extension. No such PR has been forthcoming from PHD, so my conclusion is they are having a tough time raising money, thus they need more time. I suspect the potential investors have had it with the lies and misinformation from management.

Maybe? I have no idea if it is a good sign or a bad sign? It could be read either way. I hope they get the financing and can drill. As I said, I love a good story!

A-Pit, I concur with your assessment... not enough 'takers'. (I hope we are wrong...) Go PHD.

Section 1.11D Reasons for extentions include "market price'. As long as the market price remains acceptable to the exchange!

FYI the section does not say anything about allowing an extention for oversubscription!

just my opinion, but if it was over subscribed, why would they need the extension ? My take on it, would be under subscribed and they need the extension to get what they want .

Anybody telling you penny stock dead companies need extensions on their financing because they are over subscribed is either a liar or an idiot pumper. Its that simple.

A company that I'm looking into just posted an extension so they could collect all the extra funds because the initial offering was oversubscribed. I'm waiting on them getting onto the OTCQB so I can invest.
