It ain't looking good

... for starters, the stock is trading UNDER the asking price of the PP.

Any guesses on how long the company can remain solvent if the full $1.3 million doesn't materialize?

According to their most recent financial statements they were down to their last $35K in cash but had $164K in Trade Payables ... and that was as of two months ago. ... Ouch !
