Insider buy amount is wrong it should read 20,000 shares at .055 not .55 for a whopping $1100 lol!  I am not sure how positive that is.

Again as I stated with his last insider buy can you be buying shares on the open market even though it is only $1100 when you have insider information ie the financing that is not available to the open market?  I do not know the answer but it would seem to be you probably should not be?  Just my opinion!
