Reply to my email: We are working with a financial group who has requested certain insurance be in place and as such we have an enquiry into our agent and should have a response soon . Their fund has approved our deal and we are awaiting documentation. As back up a second party is interested who are planning a site visit. Based on the response the financing has expired! So it would seem this might be considered a new bought deal financing should it go through. Hmm wonder who mentioned that lol. What I am not clear about is the pricing. It says ' the fund has approved our deal's', I am not sure what is meant by that? Does deal mean financing? Does deal mean terms of the original financing? I would think
