If I read this correctly they managed to close at total of 121k which would include the 83K announced back in December so it took them another 6 plus months to get another 38k?  Am I reading this right?  If so I do not understand why this is not trading at 2 cents.  I also do not understand why an insider is buying on the open market when he could be providing needed cash to the company.  It all makes no sense!

The financing failed because Ron has now established a track record of saying this and doing that, which does not engender much confidence with potential investors. I am not surprised that they did not raise much over 6 months. Ron keeps making promises that he breaks, over and over and over. So no self respecting investor is going to give him more money until he executes on what he promised to do
