LOL,,, after all this you STILL haven't looked up what a "convertible equity financing" is?? Hint: for a company like PHD ... it ain't good. And w a SP of 5 cents, it really really ain't good.

I seem to recall an earlier news release that said the funding was approved pending clarification from their insurance agent...  I guess that has gone by the wayside???????????

That couldn't have been in a NR because it makes no snese whatsoever and they'd be in trouble for issuing such a NR.

KozT Maybe I missed something here but to me it seems to read that the fund approved the financing but needed clarification as to some sort of insurance?  Guess it did not pan out.  Is this the backup he was referring to?  They lost me at hello!
