The loyal investors are not selling and there is nothing in-between here and $0.10. I believe that there are naked shorts that are trying to manipulate the stock price. So at this moment, I am not concerned about the current price while PHD is doing this financing.

RIGHT it is taking longer than expected but PHD has no control over this!
I think actually PHD is working very hard to finalize the right funding partners for the project.
