Historical Shorting on PHd

Contrary to recent posts by our two anonymous BB posters, there is and has been shorting on PHD, contrary to a certain two posters that will try and convince you otherwise.

Of particular interest, is that there is and has been shorting on PHD for years....

Of course, this is only what gets reported, and not what is cleared through wash trades, trades to the ATS or the US traded PRRVF, or between long and short accounts held by the same individual at different trading houses.

If you take the time to scan the below list, you will see that PHD had a short position at the bottom of this report of over 625k shares - at a time when there was only 21.386.051 shares in the float, this representing 2.9% of the float of PHD.

So yes, PHD has been and continues to be shorted, and a "point in time", '3 week delayed' report occasionally catches these shorts 'uncleared' before the reporting date, but the vast majority of the time the shorts simply go undeclared as they clear them as soon as possible

If you dig further and look a little more recent, you will see that the Nov 15th short report detailed 114.1k shares short and that they were cleared for the month end report on time , but the trades to clear occurred on prrvf on the last days of the month = 3 trades totalling 79k, +the 25k they were able to pick up on the tsxv (during BMO aggressive purchasing period detailed in @donwaan's post

So yes, shorting, wash trading, stacking bids, collusion between players collectively holding and trading more than 10% of the float all designed to drive the price of PHD down.  we've seen it all here on PHD.

Gamble you are using numbers posted over 5 years ago trying to prove a mute point especially given you do not know how to read the number nor have you gone through the 5 years worth of short corection report.  For all in tent at this moment there is no shorts.  Further shorts less than 10% of the float are generally considered small but less than 3% is like a rounding error.
