LOL, I'm sure the bagholders here know very well PHD is "working on financing". In fact thats all they've been doing for about 2 years and its been a comical failure. But thanks for pointing it out.  In fact their last NR was wayyy back last July announcing the failure of yet another financing attempt and reporting they were reduced to trying for a "convertible equity
