Not when it's from management! Where are these guys? Not even a fluffy handholding update, nothing.

I am not sure they have anything to report? As I recall the only hold the right to one property.  They have failed to meet the covenant of that agreement in both 2021 and 2022 so one could argue that they are in default so no longer hold any rights.  I suspect the vendor could pull the property from them any time they wish.  That is to say if there were interested parties.
