A sad day for PHD investors as today they disclosed their
2023 Annual Financial Statements. End of 2023 they had only $2,634 in Cash (not a typo) but had Current Liabilities of over $98,000. To be honest I don't see how they can even pay their own listing or accounting fees. Interestingly, and somewhat comically, they claim they spent $35,000 in "Marketing" in 2023. Maybe its a typo?
