If they were to hit grades anything like what was historically reported, PHD would make news!

Stockpile and new surface target processing could fund a significant drill program to prove up a resource with gold being at record highs.

You blissfully ignore the fact that they already tried.. and failed... to find anything significant.  That and the fact they defaulted on the the requirements to maintain an interest in the property... even the measly "payment-in-lieu" that would have kept them in good standing.
