The Corporation also announces that, pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange(TSX-V) policy, the number of shares to be issued to four directors forpartial remuneration owed to these persons fromJuly 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010 will be reduced to 656,497 from 1,094,162, as previously announced in a press release dated October 6, 2010. The TSX-V policy requires that these shares be issued at a minimum issuance price of
.05 per share.
This is interesting. Less is better for shareholders, imo.
