Well, given that they are planning to issue 2 BILLION shares at a price of 0.029 per share, how much upside can there be??

At this point all speculation on the opening price is based on assumptions.The shares they will issue will be based on the net risked resource identified in the NI51-101, subject to closing adjustments,so we don't know how many shares will be issued to the new party or what the final value will be.All we know for now is that this new deal brings to PKP approx 2700 km(2) of oil& gas ...more

"I would not be surprised to see the stock open at 10 cents and run to 20 cents,based on the potential value of this deal"Well maybe.....BUT the "value of the deal" is being assessed by an independent appraiser.  THEN the company will buy into the deal by issuing the equivalent value in shares AT A PRICE OF 0.029/share.  So it is hard to figure how 'the value of ...more
