okay so I've never seen a company halted for an extended period of time like this unless it's negative news... This has me worried now

No one on this board knows why we are halted for 3 days (going on to 4). I believed there was another stock that had a CEO that passed away but that halt was within a day... Good news usually isn't halted this long.... the other example I can think of was Barkerville gold mines? (some gold company that halted for a long time after they found a wack ton of gold). I just looked up on another exchange, that back in Nov., one stock was halted for 5 days. Now another halt, same stock, from Dec 21st to the 23rd. So there it is quite common.

IMO, The halt was posted at 7:50 am Eastern Time Monday, that would give everyone on the West coast time to wakeup to recieve the NR, seeing that they are 3 hrs. behind Eastern Time. That means the NR was sent in on Friday along with the halt. If changes have to made to any of the wording in the NR, it would be sent back and forth until approved for release.
