Very nice to see the Private Placement pull down a chunk of the over-allotment. With the now outstanding warrants at $0.60 and stock options at various prices, PLAN should be able to generate any additional financing it needs without returning to the market. With continued positive news over the coming quarters, I see the share price moving steadily to the $0.75 level which will trigger the call on the 60 cent warrants. My projections are now suggesting an $0.85 share price before December 31, 2023, which would be a healthy double off current prices. I am looking forward to the release of the details of the APL assets just acquired and the valuation of the APL's mineral resources that are now on PLAN's books.

Now that the acquisition is completed, I hope to see APL’s financials released asap. They have been completed for the acquisition. Moving the Comminution Plant and setup should take a couple of weeks. The resource size, with dozens upon dozens of holes to be drilled, (and assayed?) as per Steve’s comment about the size of the property, IMO, might take until late April or May. And there is no rest
