What are the financial statement filing fees for an issuer under a cease trade order? (BCSC)

For the financial statements that are referred to in the cease trade order, the fees are:

  • Interim financial statements: $500
  • Annual financial statements: $1,100

Late fees | OSC

The fee is $100 for each business day the notice is late, up to $5,000 for all late notices in a financial year.
