Financial Reporting
For the TSXV - 1st, 2nd & 3rd - 60 days
Audited Yearend - 120 days
BUT
IMO it seems that PLAN has been following the TSX days
which are 45 days for 1st thru 3rd and 90 for YE.
So that puts YE out last week of July. (YE ended Apr.30th)
We will have to wait to see with the new Auditing firm.
There is a MC exemption if & when PLAN ever decides to move up!
