They tweeted great news this morning regarding a very exciting senate law being heard this Thursday but since have taken it down. This might expalin the sudden big jump in SP.

It was about a senator proposing a bill this Thursday to benefit all of Northern Minnesota because of Pulsar Helium. Infrastructure, etc.. can't remember the details, was still in bed, too sleepy this morning. I think they jumped the gun hence they quickly brought the tweet down. I follow Pulsar on Tweeter.
