Why does this stock continue to languish under $0.10?

Forget it. I just ran through income statement and balance sheet. The downward trajectory SP matches the same in sales. Still think it's worth more than $0.09 but the market is not kind with penny stocks in 2023.

How about the two multi million dollar contract signings within the week. Revenue growth is not the issue.
